About

Our Mission

Global Business Gateway Inc. is proud to help localizing the solar technology in Ontario and create local professional job opportunities.

Global Business Gateway Inc. prepares International High Standards for the development, manufacturing, testing, distribution, installation and servicing of equipment and systems related to solar energy. Our main emphasis and major activity is in relation to high efficiency and maximum output solar applications for generating electricity. Project’s aims in regard to soaring local energy demand and international standards, our major objectives in this area are::

To establish local development of renewable energy equipment and technology

To maximize community ownership of renewable energy projects

To localize the production, maintenance and service of on-grid solar applications

Global Business Gateway Inc. is also involved with standards on the instrumentation and procedures used for solar module production, quality and efficiency measurements. The technological aspects of solar energy use for energy conversion processes have been known for over a hundred years. The concern for conservation of energy resources since the 1970s and the consequent growth of solar industries led many countries to begin work on solar energy standards.

The increased global understanding of the very adverse global environmental effects of greenhouse pollutions from combustion of fossil fuels on a large scale has also stimulated increased use of solar energy as a substitute for fossil fuel based energy. Many Governments worldwide are actively supporting the market for solar heating systems as a cost-effective means to reduce greenhouse pollution, increase energy security and develop sustainable industries. (At governmental level, solar is often considered in conjunction with other renewable sources, e.g. wind, wave and hydroelectric power). Solar energy is essentially a low-grade, widely distributed energy resource, and this delivers inherent advantages in terms of energy security as well as inherent constraints on its applications.

The most widely used active solar systems are those used for electricity generation. The economics of the use of fossil fuels have previously been such that solar energy systems have not had a strong advantage based on fuel costs. With the increasing understanding that a large proportion of energy is used as heat worldwide, solar systems have become a more attractive means of further reducing fossil fuels emissions. International trade in solar energy related equipment is rapidly increasing from a low base, and there is a significant but highly specialized interest in the description and measurement of solar energy, as part of the broader study of climatic systems.
